Young Entrepreneur of the Year: Sophie

Congratulations are in order to Dromore High School Year 11 student Sophie.  Sophie recently completed the KEY Programme at Roscor Youth Village in Belleek Enniskillen and was selected as Young Entrepreneur of the Year.

Sophie was selected for this award due to her hard work, commitment, leadership qualities and business acumen, which she displayed throughout the 14 day residential programme.

Sophie has now been nominated along with other successful young entrepreneurs for an all expenses paid trip to Canada to take part in the Next Generation Leaders Conference in August this year. The successful nominees will be announced at the KEY Graduation Ceremony in Waterfront Hall, Belfast on 22^nd May.  Sophie has done extremely well to be selected as a nominee for this opportunity of a lifetime. We are all very proud of her achievements so far and we will be cheering her on at the graduation ceremony.

All the pupils from Dromore High School have excelled themselves on this years KEY and Sophie’s success is a fair reflection of the overall success of the school on this fantastic, educational and challenging programme.
